The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Malaysia Season 12 (MPL MY Season 12) is gearing up for an intense showdown among the region’s strongest MLBB teams.
The stakes are high this season as the champion will earn a coveted spot at the M5 World Championship, the pinnacle event of MLBB’s competitive scene, which takes place in The Philippines later this year.
Reigning champions TODAK will aim to defend their title against formidable contenders like RSG MY and HomeBois.
Additionally, Team Secret and MPL MY Season 10 champion Team HAQ are determined to make a strong comeback after securing their spots through the qualifiers.

What is MPL MY Season 12?
The MPL MY Season 12 is the official Mobile Legends tournament in Malaysia organized by Moonton.
Ten teams, two of which secured their slot in the qualifiers, will fight in the Land of Dawn to secure a slot at the M5 World Championship.
The team that finishes in second place will receive an invitation to the M5 Wild Card. In this event, they will face off against seven other teams, vying for the remaining two slots in M5.
MPL MY Season 12 format
The regular season will follow a single round-robin format, with each team competing in best-of-three matches.
The top eight teams will advance to the playoffs. The bottom two teams will have to participate in next season’s qualifiers if they wish to maintain their league slot.

MPL MY Season 12 standings, schedule, and results
The regular season will take place from August 18 to September 24. The playoffs will happen from October 5 to 8.
The exact schedule for each week has yet to be released.
